LGBTQ 30 Day Challenge - Day 11
Your favorite LGBT book (or one you’d like to read).
I can’t recall a lot of LGBT books that I’ve actually read. I hear there are a lot of great ones. The few that I’ve read and remember are the Rainbow Boys series.
I actually only read the first two books. They were good though. They deal with coming out, HIV, and other teenage angsty romance. :)

What does marriage mean to you?
I tried to look up images of a straight marriage, a gay one, and a lesbian one, but then I guess that this shirt gets the point across.
I think that marriage and union should be open to whomever desires it. I think that two gay men would make WONDERFUL parents as well as a husband and a wife, or two wives.

What do you think about LGBT Pride? Is it helpful or hurtful? Encouraged or unnecessary?

I think being closeted basically means being put into a position where you cannot be out and open about how you are. For me, it means not being able to talk openly about boys that I think are cute.
